Mid-Career Workers with Disabilities Project

Overview
Introduction

Returning to work after a leave or gap can be an intimidating process. The goal of this resource is to share information and real-life experiences, to help you gain confidence and ultimately succeed. We will illustrate the steps you may encounter, the roles and responsibilities of the people involved, and outline potential pitfalls and how to navigate them.

Throughout this resource, you will find video and audio clips of MLPD members who share their experiences navigating the workforce with newly acquired and existing disabilities. We hope their stories will help you feel more confident about the return-to-work process, while feeling less alone in your journey.
